About the PLATEAU Project
The national "PLATEAU" initiative (led by Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism) aims to build 3D urban models by integrating 2D maps with elevation data, building names, and other information—creating digital twins of cities.
This data supports advanced urban planning, smart city development, and sustainable regional solutions when combined with population flow, energy, and other datasets.
GeoNext’s work contributes directly to PLATEAU and related fields like the metaverse—areas with rapidly increasing demand.
Location
Head Office: 3F Fujishoji Building, 2-15-7 Fujimidai, Kunitachi, Tokyo
Access: 2 min walk from JR Nambu Line Gaho Station (140m); 8 min bike ride from Kunitachi Station (Chuo Line); 17–18 min from Nishi-Kokubunji and Tachikawa stations.
Near convenience store; station-accessible office.
Office relocated in Jan 2023—larger and more comfortable.
No transfers required (occasional short-term assignments to group companies <5%).
Remote work possible after mastering core tasks.
Working Hours
Weekends & holidays off (full Saturday/Sunday/holiday schedule).
Start time: 10:00 or later (flexible).
Core hours: 10:00–16:00.
Standard workday: 8 hours.
Salary
Monthly: ¥240,000 – ¥400,000 (Estimated annual: ¥2.9M – ¥4.6M).
