Classification & salary: Level 4%–5%; Annual gross salary (RAL) between €32,922.43 and €35,052.95
Variable components: Annual performance bonus, based on achievement of company objectives

Work location: Gallarate (with possible remote work, where feasible). The company reserves the right to modify the work location based on future organizational needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Update and maintain the company GIS database and coordinate enhancements to the corporate WebGIS platform;
Ensure data quality within the company’s Geographic Information System and its deliverables;
Guarantee effective data exchange between the assigned office and other internal departments;
Verify that data delivered under external contracts for water and sewer network surveys and related facilities comply with company standards;
Operate in compliance with internal regulations and safety protocols.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Technical high school diploma (or equivalent);
Proven experience in similar roles;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software;
Strong knowledge of ESRI GIS platforms (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS) and/or open-source alternatives (e.g., QGIS);
Basic knowledge of SQL;
Basic knowledge of Python (versions 2.7 and 3.x);
Familiarity with ESRI ArcPy module and Python APIs for ArcGIS;
Valid Italian Category B driving license;
Results-oriented mindset, teamwork aptitude, organizational and planning skills;
Openness to change, proactivity, and problem-solving abilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Environmental Sciences, Natural Sciences, Architecture, Territorial and Urban Planning, Geology, Forestry, Environmental Engineering, or related fields;
Experience using surveying equipment (total stations, GPS receivers) and associated data-processing software;
Additional demonstrable professional training;
Experience in the Integrated Water Service (SII) sector.
SELECTION PROCEDURE
Selection is based on objective, transparent, and non-discriminatory criteria applied uniformly to all candidates.
CV Screening: HR reviews applications for minimum requirements; technical area assesses experience and competencies against the profile to create a shortlist of eligible candidates;
Interview(s): A commission conducts interviews:
- HR interview (4/10 points): motivational, behavioral, and exploratory;
- Technical/functional interview (6/10 points) with the Director, Head, or designated representative of the requesting department;
Candidates are evaluated using predefined criteria aligned with the required profile;
Additional interviews may be scheduled if further clarification is needed by the functional manager;
Selection outcome: A final ranking list is compiled; minimum passing score is 6/10;
Job offer: The top-ranked candidate receives a formal offer, in line with predetermined criteria;
Procedure closure: Final ranking is published; HR provides shortlisted candidates with an alphanumeric code.
