The Swedish Armed Forces is expanding its capabilities in Geospatial Information Services (GIS) and seeks a senior professional to strengthen its expertise in this rapidly evolving domain. Lead and manage operations and maintenance personnel
Be responsible for design control, as well as operational and maintenance planning (short- and long-term)
Monitor business performance, quality, and financial outcomes
Contribute to the evolution of work methods and processes in alignment with technological advancements

Civil Engineer degree or equivalent relevant post-secondary technical education
Minimum 5 years of experience in product and/or architecture roles

Swedish citizenship
Valid Swedish Class B driver’s license
Meritorious:
Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
High competence in IT infrastructure and system integration
Knowledge of information security requirements and associated processes

You are a calm, analytical, and results-oriented individual with the ability to balance strategic thinking and attention to detail. You thrive on taking responsibility, driving projects forward, and creating conditions for organizational success. Your strong communication and collaboration skills make you a natural bridge between technology, people, and business needs. Personal suitability is highly valued.
