Solution Engineer – GIS Focus (2027 Campus Recruitment)

Job Responsibilities Industry Research: Participate in market research for GIS applications, gather industry trends, identify customer pain points, and uncover new business opportunities; Solution Development: Assist in breaking down client requirements, and under mentor guidance, contribute to architecture design, equipment lists, and comprehensive solution documentation; Pre-sales Support: Engage in technical discussions, solution presentations, and bidding processes to help drive project initiation and contract signing; Project Delivery: Monitor project implementation, coordinate resources to resolve on-site issues, and ensure successful project delivery; Knowledge Management: Support competitive analysis and post-project reviews to enrich the team’s standardized industry solution knowledge base. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geographic Information Science (GIS), Surveying/Geomatics Engineering, Remote Sensing, Computer Science, or related fields; Familiarity with mainstream GIS platforms (e.g., ArcGIS, SuperMap) or open-source GIS technologies; prior internship experience in spatial data or map development is preferred; Strong logical thinking and solid technical writing skills, capable of producing solution documents, feasibility studies, and basic tender proposals; Proficiency in using Visio and PowerPoint to create system topology diagrams and solution presentations, with good public speaking and presentation abilities; Excellent communication and coordination skills, resilience under pressure, results-oriented mindset, and a collaborative, reflective attitude toward team work and continuous improvement.
