Geomatics and Production Technician

Job Description To support our growth and our data production and geomatics processing services, we are looking for a Geomatics and Production Technician to oversee the satellite and ground segment data generation workflow, data formatting, and client delivery—working closely with other departments (sales, R&D, analysis, etc.). Your main responsibilities will include: Submitting and tracking satellite scheduling requests Formatting collected data Classifying information and ensuring quality control Manipulating and integrating geospatial data sources Delivering products to clients and providing first-level support Participating in production shifts and client support on-call rotations Profile Sought Minimum Bac+2 (Associate’s degree) in Geomatics (GIS), surveying, cartography, or related field; prior experience in data processing is ideal. Proficiency in handling geospatial information: - Strong command of GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, in particular) - Familiarity with vector and raster data formats - Knowledge of the space and/or maritime sectors is a plus Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in geomatics data processing is advantageous.
