Job Description
As a GIS Operator, you are responsible for managing, analyzing, and visualizing geographic data to provide valuable insights for projects and decision-making. You collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement GIS solutions, support users with GIS software, and contribute to process improvements by applying new technologies.
Additionally, you produce maps, dashboards, and reports to clearly present information.
Who You Are (or Want to Become)
Basic knowledge of or interest in FME and AutoCAD
Ability to work independently and proactively
Knowledge of data processing, including drone-derived data
Experience in producing maps for diverse projects
Experience with GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, or similar tools
Completed MBO or HBO education in Geographic Information Systems, Geography, Spatial Sciences, or a related field
Knowledge of spatial analysis and data management
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Analytical thinking and a problem-solving orientation
