Your Daily Responsibilities Manage and maintain our geographic information system (Smallworld / Osiris) for tree management across the city of Frechen. Assume personnel responsibility for the tree management team. Develop and update operational plans; monitor service delivery via the DATAflor facility management system. Ensure compliance with traffic safety obligations (e.g., tree risk assessment and mitigation). Maintain master data and improve data quality; conduct staff training sessions. Prepare reports, analyses, and statistical evaluations. Handle complaint management and resolution. Your Qualifications You hold a vocational qualification in horticulture or landscape management, supplemented by further training as a technician or master craftsman. Alternatively, a completed commercial or technical apprenticeship combined with extensive experience in horticulture/landscape management is acceptable. You possess strong technical understanding and a high affinity for data. You have prior leadership experience, excellent communication and coordination skills, and work in an analytical, structured, and independent manner. Prior experience with DATAflor and GIS applications is advantageous. You have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and hold a valid Class B driver’s license (Class C1 preferred).
