QGIS Developer (m/f/d) For our offices in Bonn, Berlin, and Freiburg, with possible deployment in Hamburg or hybrid work. What awaits you: You plan and develop GIS solutions with our clients based on QGIS. You work on challenging GIS projects on exciting topics, such as the expansion of renewable energy infrastructure and critical infrastructure development. You support clients in replacing proprietary software with open-source solutions, ensuring digital sovereignty for their projects. You contribute to conceptual design and implement the resulting solutions. You support the development, optimization, and maintenance of code (new features and enhancements). You take ownership of module implementation. You work in agile project teams and share responsibility for team success. You support teams in project execution, testing, and quality assurance. Our Tech Stack in the QGIS Team: Primarily Python, PyQGIS, PostgreSQL, and PostGIS. What we’re looking for: Several years of hands-on experience with QGIS and customizing QGIS. Solid software development skills in Python and PyQGIS. Strong knowledge of QGIS configuration and QGIS plugin development. Completed vocational training or university degree in natural sciences, engineering, IT, or a related field. Initiative and self-motivation. Very good command of German and English.
