Responsibilities
Professional leadership and further development of the surveying and GIS team within the directorate
Coordination and control of surveying and GIS activities, ensuring high data quality
Representation of the directorate in technical working groups and committees, both internally and externally
Development, implementation, and continuous optimization of standards, guidelines, and processes in the fields of surveying, GIS, and data management
Ensuring compliance with established standards and quality requirements in surveying and data processing
Providing support and consultation to operational units on technical matters
Identification and implementation of innovation and digitalization opportunities
Promoting technical exchange and knowledge transfer within the directorate
Profile
Successfully completed university degree in surveying, geoinformatics, geodesy, geography, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in surveying, GIS, or geospatial data management
Solid expertise in using GIS systems and strong proficiency with surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, CARD_1, iTWO)
Experience in developing and implementing standards, processes, and quality requirements
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent communication skills and confident presence in cross-functional committees and working groups
High level of initiative and ability to proactively drive innovation and change
Experience in professional team leadership (advantageous)
