About the Role
As a System Administrator, you’ll be part of the GIS & Digital Development unit within the City Planning Administration (Stadsbyggnadsförvaltningen), which is responsible for planning, constructing, maintaining, and developing the city of Helsingborg. You will act as the key point of contact between the business units, IT department, and system vendors. Your responsibilities include:
Providing day-to-day user support and ensuring systems are used effectively and efficiently
Coordinating incidents, requests, and changes between stakeholders, IT, and vendors
Planning and executing system updates, including testing, training, and user communication
Developing and maintaining system documentation (e.g., integrations, configurations, workflows)
Ensuring system stability, security, compliance with laws and internal guidelines
Monitoring system usage and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Participating actively in administrative meetings, prioritization, and long-term planning for system management
Currently, your primary focus will be on managing Lime CRM and Antura Projects, though this may evolve over time.

Qualifications
We are looking for a structured, service-oriented, and solution-focused professional with a passion for creating operational value through effective IT solutions. You should be able to plan and prioritize your work, collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and communicate clearly and pedagogically.
Required:
Academic degree in systems science, behavioral science, or a related field—or several years of documented experience in system administration or system management within the public sector (considered equivalent)
Experience providing user support and training, including developing guides and training materials
Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Ability to translate technical solutions into business value and build strong relationships with both business units and IT colleagues
Merit-worthy:
Experience with vendor management and requirement specification
Knowledge of PM3 and familiarity with ITIL processes
Hands-on experience with Lime CRM and Antura Projects
