About the Role
As a System Administrator, you’ll serve as the vital link between business operations, IT, and system vendors. Your mission is to ensure that operational systems not only function reliably—but also evolve, simplify, and deliver tangible business value. This is a chance to apply your expertise where it truly matters, contributing to essential public services that must work flawlessly—every day.
About the Workplace
The City Planning Administration (Stadsbyggnadsförvaltningen) plans, builds, maintains, and develops Helsingborg. We create conditions for residents, businesses, and visitors, shaping environments where people want to live, meet, and thrive—building a sustainable city we can all be proud of. Our team of 240 dedicated professionals works creatively, intelligently, and joyfully in an organization where innovation and development go hand in hand.
You’ll join the unit GIS & Digital Development, whose cross-functional mandate includes both strategic and operational work toward long-term goals, with a clear vision of supporting and advancing system management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day user support for GIS and related systems, acting as the primary point of contact between operations, IT, and system vendors.
Coordinate incident management, change requests, and system enhancements across stakeholders.
Plan and execute system updates, including testing, user training, and communication.
Develop and maintain system documentation (e.g., integrations, configurations, workflows).
Ensure system stability, security, compliance with laws/regulations, and adherence to internal guidelines.
Monitor system usage and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Actively participate in system management meetings, prioritization, and development planning.
Currently, primary systems include Lime CRM and Antura Projects, though responsibilities may evolve.

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is structured, service-oriented, and solution-focused—with a passion for creating operational value through effective IT solutions. You should be able to plan and prioritize your work, collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and communicate clearly and pedagogically. You thrive in change, take initiative, and are driven to improve both systems and work processes to best support the business.

Experience with user support, training, and development of guides and training materials.
