GeoServer / GeoNetwork Specialist (Open Source GIS) – Infrastructure

Your Role in Our Team
As a GeoServer / GeoNetwork Specialist, you are responsible for the technical administration and further development of open-source GIS platforms within complex OTAP (Operational, Test, Acceptance, Production) environments. Your responsibilities include:
Administering and optimizing GeoServer and GeoNetwork environments (Linux, PostgreSQL/PostGIS)
Analyzing performance of services and datasets (OGC standards: WMS, WFS, WCS)
Automating deployments via CI/CD (Cloud Foundry)
Independently executing changes and migrations
Collaborating with architects, developers, and functional administrators
Contributing to availability reports and P1 evaluations

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience with open-source GIS platforms
Experience with GeoServer and/or GeoNetwork
Experience with Linux administration (Red Hat)
Experience with PostgreSQL / PostGIS
Knowledge of OGC standards (WMS, WFS, etc.)
Nice-to-Haves
QGIS
CI/CD (Cloud Foundry)
Apache / Tomcat / JBoss
Network infrastructure (firewalls, proxies)
ITIL / Topdesk
Fluent Dutch is mandatory for this vacancy.
