About the Role
Mission Overview
Within Enedis’s Mapping Agency—comprising around 60 employees based in Noisy-le-Grand and Savigny-le-Temple—you will contribute to a major strategic objective: ensuring the reliability of the electrical network’s geospatial and asset data.
In the context of ongoing network transformation and evolving regulatory, technical, and environmental requirements, geospatial databases are central to all operational functions at Enedis.
As Team Leader, you will lead and support a team of database managers and operators responsible for updating network data.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and support a team of database managers and operators.
Ensure the quality and reliability of technical and asset data for the electrical network.
Guarantee database consistency and the accuracy of infrastructure capitalization.
Oversee team activities to ensure timely data updates during the commissioning of new assets.
Support organizational, technical, and regulatory changes and contribute to change management initiatives.
Facilitate operational meetings (briefings, debriefings, portfolio reviews) with various stakeholder teams.
Contribute to employee skill development, performance evaluations, and workplace improvement.
Actively support safety, service quality, and operational performance objectives.
Profile
You have prior experience in team management or leadership and are seeking to grow within a technically demanding environment.

Compensation & Benefits
Annual gross salary: €27,200 to €33,500 (13-month basis)
Profit-sharing bonus with company contribution
Monthly on-call allowance
